Where to look first

  • Product pages. Is the value clear in five seconds? Are objections handled?
  • Offer. Is there a compelling reason to buy now?
  • Checkout. Every extra field or step costs conversions.
  • Speed. Slow pages quietly kill sales, especially on mobile.

Then scale

Once the funnel converts, paid traffic becomes an accelerant instead of a leak. Now scaling spend actually scales revenue.
